Ordering gifts from Señor Pistachio is a simple process of selecting the gift(s) you want to purchase, then proceeding through our "checkout counter". Please note the following: You may cancel your order at any time prior to entering your credit card information. The prices listed include all shipping and handling charges to anywhere in the continental United States For shipments to other locations, please contact our Sales Department. You may order multiple items to be shipped to the same address. For multiple items to be shipped to different addresses, you will need to treat each different shipping address as a separate order. Your credit card information is secure. For more information, please visit our Security page. Selecting Items Our gift items are grouped into three categories: Gift Tins, Gift Baskets, and Gift Bags. Select your category by clicking on the appropriate button on the home page, which will take you to the list of items for that category. For categories Gift Tins and Gift Baskets, you may enter the quantity in the box provided. You do not need to click on the underlined description. You may order more than one item. When finished, click on the "Add Product(s) to basket" button. You will then be taken to the "Contents of Shopping Basket" page. Follow the instructions displayed. For category Gift Bags, there is no quantity box because each gift is available in a number of sizes. Click on the underlined description to display the description page for that item. Select the size desired from the drop-down box marked "Select Size". Then change the quantity as necessary and click on the "Add to basket" button. You will then be taken to the "Contents of Shopping Basket" page. Follow the instructions displayed. For all categories, click on the underlined description to display the description page for that item. If you would like to enter a gift message to be enclosed with your gift, enter your text in the box titled "Gift Card Message". Then change the quantity as necessary and click on the "Add to basket" button. You will then be taken to the "Contents of Shopping Basket" page. Follow the instructions displayed. Continue ordering your gift items in this manner until you are finished. Checkout To proceed to the Checkout screens, click the red Checkout button located on the bottom of each category and description page, as well as on the home page. You may also enter Checkout by clicking on the button marked "Checkout" on the "Contents of shopping basket" page. The checkout process consists of four screens, as follows: Screen 1 is where you will enter your Customer and (optional) Shipping location information. When finished, click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next screen. You may cancel your order by clicking on the "Cancel" button. Screen 2 will display the Bill To and Ship To information and a summary of your order. Select the Payment Method from the drop-down box. You may also add any special instructions in the box marked "Is there a message with this order?". Note: please use the "Gift Card Message" box on the item's description page to enter a gift message. When finished, click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next screen. You may cancel your order by clicking on the "Cancel" button. Screen 3 will display a summary of your order and prompt you for your credit card number and its expiration date. When finished, click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next screen. You may cancel your order by clicking on the "Cancel" button. Note: This is the last opportunity you will have to cancel your order. When you click on the "Continue" button, your order will be submitted. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been submitted, please contact our Sales Department and we will delete the order if it has not already been shipped. Screen 4 will display the final Invoice for your order. You may print this screen for your records. To return to the Señor Pistachio home page, click on "return again", at the bottom of this screen.
